Right of withdrawal
Version 1.0 · effective from 21 July 2026
Who this applies to
Consumers and Polish sole traders whose contract is not of a professional nature (art. 385¹ § 1 Polish Civil Code) have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
Starting the service before 14 days elapse
If the client asks MISUS to start providing the service before the 14-day window ends and is informed of the consequence, the client loses the right of withdrawal for the part of the service that has been fully performed with their explicit consent. For work not yet completed, the client owes payment proportional to what has been done.
How to withdraw
A withdrawal notice may be submitted in writing to the address above or by email to kontakt@misus.pl. Sending the notice before the deadline is enough to preserve the right.
